2006 Reunion Overview
 
     
 
Date: 14 - 17 June, 2006  
     
Place: Minneapolis

Room reservations: Attendees will make their own room reservations.    
  Call the Clarion Reservations Desk @ 1 800 328 7847.  Ask for the special room rate available to USS Guadalcanal TG 22.3 Assoc. reunion attendees ($66.97 tax incl., up to 4 occupants per room).  
  Note:  Room reservations made after June 1 subject to availability and charged at the prevailing rate.  Ask for the hotel's cancellation policy when making your reservations.  
     
Shutle Service: Free shuttle from airport to hotel; call Clarion from the airport for pick-up.  
     
Schedule of Events:    
     
     Wednesday - June 14th - arrival and check-in at reunion desk.  Hotel room check-in is 3:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am.  Hospitality room in operation.
           
  Thursday - June 15th - 9:00 am - Tour "Best of St. Paul" departs hotel.
                                                 5:30 pm - bus departs hotel for Old Log Theater dinner/play.
           
  Friday - June 16th - Banquet night (see note 3 below) - cocktails at 5:30 pm followed by dinner at 6:30 pm and after-dinner dancing.
           
  Saturday - June 17th - 9:00 am - Bus Tour "Best of Minneapolis" departs hotel.
          4:30 pm - Bus departs hotel for "St Croix Riverboat Cruise".
           
  Sunday - June 18th - Hotel check-out and depart for home.
 
     
Notes: (1) Hospitality Room and refreshments available each day.
  (2) Free shuttle service to Mall of America/Mystic Casino available each day
  (3) The cost of the Banquet dinner/dance ($30.00 each adult meal $7.00 each childrens meal) is not included in the $35.00 reunion registration fee.
  (4) An Association business meeting and General Membership meeting will be scheduled for Friday June 16th.  The locations and times will be available at the check-in desk.
